Robby's Auto Shop

    I've lived in the great community of Brookings since the age of 9. I started young in the Auto Service industry at the Good Year tire store once located on 6th street where First Bank and Trust now stands.  I then spent several years working for the old Husky Auto where I gained experience in helping people keep reliable and safe vehicles on the road.  There I learned what it was like to be part of a small business, going the extra mile for a customer.  I then decided to increase my technical knowledge and skill by attending and graduating from Lake Area Technical Institute in Watertown, SD.  

 

    I continued my career working at the local GM dealership in Brookings where I got extensive training and worked alongside experienced Technicians , learning from them.  After a few years there, I accepted a position working for a local independent shop where I became the Lead Technician, helping them be succesful for over a decade.  During that time, I also achieved an ASE Certified Master Technician status.  This involves education and testing in multiple automotive systems and repair techniques.

Now I've decided it's time to start my own shop, providing high quality service and repair work at reasonable prices.  I hope you'll stop by and give us a try!
